I'm in charge of scholar dollars, Tri Delta tutoring, and other academic incentive programs. I enjoy helping the new members adjust to the college load and encourage all members to keep their academics in check. My goal is do whatever I can to make sure each member feels comfortable with her schooling.
Annie Bere, New Member Educator
I have the fun and exciting job of educating our new members about all the wonderful things Tri Delta has to offer. My job begins in the summer before recruitment, where I plan Bid Day and other activities. For eight weeks I lead new member meetings and help the girls as they adjust into college life.
Kyle Davis, Assistant New Member Educator
As New Member Educator, I help the new member educator with all the activities for the pledges and also attend all the new member meetings. I am in charge of the devotionals at new member meetings. I help with Bid Day, temporary Big/Little sister activities, and pledge retreat. It is important that I am able to support the new members as they make their adjustment into college.
Brooke Relyea, Reference Chair
As Reference Chair of Phi Lambda, I am in charge along with my partner with receiving and organizing all references during the recruitment process. We are in charge of sending out a letter to all Tri Delta alumni, choosing Area Reference Chairs, and get our members excited about the new girls going through recruitment. We also assist the recruitment chairs and work as a team.
Natalie Swinney, Reference Chair

I am also responsible for calling roll at all meetings and at any mandatory events. Another part of my office is to maintain the roster and keep it up to date for the Chapter. As Secretary, I also work with the President to send out chapter emails daily, am in charge of counting and recording votes along with the President and VPA, and work with the entire Officer Council by making announcement sheets before every meeting.
Kelly Nelson, Risk Management
As Risk Management Chair for Tri Delta, I am responsible for the safety of the girls in my chapter. I coordinate Safe Rides (girls take turns signing up for shifts in which they are available to give other girls safe and reliable rides home when they have been over served), raise awareness concerning a variety of safety issues (including drugs/alcohol education, self defense and safety tips) and manage the safety of the chapter at planned events (this involves limiting drinking and giving girls rides home). I work closely with Standards to try to carry out the most important part of my office - making sure our sisters stay safe.
Chelsea Lousignont, Communications Chair
As the Communications Chair for Tri Delta, my main responsibility is the Tri Delta website. This year, we created a brand new site to keep our members, alumni, and potential new members better updated and informed. Learning more about our activities and what each member has to offer has been a very exciting process. In the coming semester I will keep the site up to date with new pictures, activities, news and announcements.
Johanna Pool, Community Service Chair
As the Philanthropy Chair of Tri Delta at TCU, I am responsible for overseeing that the chapter is aware of philanthropy and community service opportunities on Campus and around Fort Worth. Each member is required to complete 3 hours of community service by the end of the semester. I organize and set up opportunities for girls to get involved in. I also keep track of the hours completed by each member.
Anne Pennebaker, Philanthropy Chair
I am responsible for planning and organizing Delta Dunkfest in the spring. Delta Dunkfest is a 3 on 3 basketball tournament benefiting Camp Sanguinity, a camp for kids with cancer. I set up committees, help recruit teams, structure the tournament brackets, and get donations. In the fall, I plan Sincerely Yours, a letter writing campaign benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In December, I help set up Cookies and Castles with the alumni. During Cookies and Castles, local families decorate gingerbread houses and all proceeds go to Cook Children's Hematology and Oncology Clinic.
Brittany Stephens, Social Chair
As Social Chair, I plan the mixer events, which are small parties, with various fraternities and sororities at different locations around the Fort Worth area. I especially love planning theme parties such as "80's Theme," and many others. The sororities, as well as the
fraternities, especially love the theme parties.
Amanda Scully, Greek Activities Chair
As Greek Activities Chair, I coordinate with all the other fraternities and sororities and find out when their philanthropy events will be. Then I coordinate with the Tri Delta chapter and let them know so they can get pansy points! For example, last year with Sigma Chi Derby Days, i got teams together to participate in the field events as well as the skit. The girls had fun playing dodge ball and participating in a pie-eating contest! We had fun putting together a skit to the song "Shout!"
Maggie Pinkerton, Delta Love and Care
The purpose of DLC is to make all the girls in the house feel special. It will send out cards and other things to girls on their birthdays, if they are sick, having a rough week, family problems, etc. Other possibilities occur from week to week whether it's making sandwiches for an intramural group or recognizing someone for an achievement. DLC is just here to make girls feel that each and every one of them is special.
Paige Nettles, Collegiate Alumni Relations
As Collegiate-Alumni Relations officer I am part of the public relations team. I continually stay in touch with the Fort Worth alumni, attend monthly alumni meetings, and relay any important information to the Phi Lambda chapter. In the spring semester, I put together a networking directory and make it available to the chapter. If the fall, I send out Parent's Club membership forms and make a Family Directory for the parents. I also plan the Homecoming Open House and Founder's Day. The Homecoming Open House gives all the alumni a chance to tour the Tri Delta house and visit with members. Founder's Day gives alumni from across the nation a chance to interact with the Phi Lambda chapter in celebrating the start of Tri Delta.
Melissa Murdock, Program Sales Chair
As directors of program sales, Claire and I work together to coordinate the selling of athletic programs at all home football games during the fall semester. With proceeds from program sales, we are able to award four undergraduate women's scholarships. During the spring semester, we are in charge of advertising and awarding the scholarship to deserving TCU women!
Helen Randolph, Program Sales Chair
Each year the Tri Deltas sell the football programs at games and the earnings go to the TCU Tri Delta Women's Scholarship fund. During the spring semester, the money is used to finance several women's scholarships. All of the money earned during sales goes to the scholarship fund. Our efforts made during the football season have positive effects not only for the scholarship recipients but also for Tri Delta and TCU. As the Program Sales Chairs, Chelsea and I provide sign up lists for the chapter and are in charge of organizing the programs before each game. We also have the responsibility of selecting extremely deserving scholarship recipients. We love our job and we are proud to be in the only sorority that has the honor of selling programs at TCU!
Natalie Lawhon, Sponsor Chair
As Sponsor Chair, I am in charge of setting up the big and little sister pairs. From Bid Day, I plan dinners and activities for the sophomore pledge class and the new members to get to know each other. This year I started "Tri Delta Speed Dating." We did this over two nights the first week of school and it was a great way for everyone to get to know each other. Each pledge class was split up into 10 groups and after about 8-10 minutes the sophomores would rotate to the next group of new members. By the end of the two nights, the new members were able to meet all the girls who were potential big sisters.

Sarah Bruner, Chapter Corespondent
As the Chapter Correspondent, I am in charge of submitting articles on behalf of the chapter to Tri Delta's national magazine as well as our local Tri Delta alumni newsletter. I also write thank you cards throughout the year in addition to sending out gifts on behalf of Phi Lambda. It is my job to make sure that the members of Phi Lambda stay connected with one another as well as with our members studying abroad and other Tri Delta chapters throughout the country.
Rachel Holt, Treasurer
As Treasurer of Phi Lambda, I am responsible for chapter fines and making sure each girl is financially in good standing with the chapter. In doing so, I keep the chapter informed on when payments are 30-60-90 days past due and help Lisa, VP Finance, with updating our billing website (APH).

Audrey Spalding, Licensing Chair
As Licensing Chair of Phi Lambda, I design t-shirts and other party favors for events like Family Weekend, mixers, and formals. I place the orders and deliver them to the chapter room when they arrive. I work with the Treasurer to make sure payments are taken care of, and I also work with the Social Chairs to coordinate themes and party favors.
Hilary Johnston and Megan Philipp, Homecoming Chairs
As the homecoming co-chair my job is to organize a float and banner for the homecoming festivities. Each year my co-chair and myself, as well our entire chapter, work with another fraternity and sorority to compete in the float contest. With the help of our chapter we also create a spirited banner to hang outside our house. Our job is mainly to help our chapter do our part in making homecoming a fun and spirited event.

Tricia Williamson, Song Chair
As Song Chair, I make sure that the entire chapter knows the traditional Tri Delta songs for many different occasions. We sing as a chapter at meetings, during Recruitment, at Initiation, and Founder's Day. I am in charge of coordinating the music and sound equipment for these events as well. Music is just one of the many ways that we continue the traditions of Tri Delta and connect to our national sorority.
